  • If the company presents itself to be an asset that we would like to purchase then we will begin all the necessary due diligence processes with the end intention to purchase the company.

  • We will work with and employ management teams, driving innovative change in to the business, assisting with the growth of the company, benefitting all stakeholders and employees involved.

  • Our priority is always to our shareholders and investors. Therefore, we typically seek to sell a company within 4-7 years.
